Kat-uby Kats is a small cattery located in Western Pennsylvania, CFA registered, specializing in exquisite Exotics and Persians.

Our kittens and cats have loving dispositions and make wonderful pets as well as show cats. Family and friends are welcomed daily by our feline family. We provide an uncaged home for our cats. Nursing mothers and babies are caged until the babies are weaned to ensure proper nutrition and care. Cat trees, window perches and play areas are part of our cat’s environment. Our two males enjoy a large room with plenty of running, climbing and exercising areas.

Our goal is to produce healthy and loving cats and kittens. We provide lots of love, excellent care and personal attention needed to develop well adjusted, friendly companions. Currently, we are concentrating on tabby, bicolor, and smoke exotics and Persians. Recently we have added silver tabby and chocolate to our feline family.

All kittens receive inoculations before adoption and come with a health guarantee. Kitten care instructions and ongoing support are available. We welcome emails, pictures and letters from the families that adopt our kittens and cats.

History & Goals

Kat-uby Kats was established in 1990 out of love and dedication to the Persian & Exotic Shorthair Breed. We are a very small in home Cattery in Western Pennsylvania . All of our cats and kittens are cherished members of our family and used to a lot of love and attention. Our kittens and adults are sociallized with both adults and chilcren. If you visit our home it is a common sight to see kitties on beds, couches and most anywhere in our home.

Our priority is to preserve, enhance and improve the Exotic Shorthair breed. Through selective breedings of the healthiest, most loving and closest to standard cats we hope to provide to many families and future generations the opportunity to love an Exotic Shorthair cat.

We combine Top USA and Imported lines. Our Xarantina, a black smoke female, arrived from Sweden. Danny, a blue tabby and white, left Latvia to join our family. France was the country Beckam was born in. Timik is a native of the Ukraine. Buttercup and Lacey are from the US. Flora and Liza were born in our home.

We focus on dilutes, smokes, tabbies and bicolors. Once in awhile we do get a lovely solid such as black or white. Our cats have a wide eyed,open ,weet expressions .We strive for a short and stocky body and a nice plush coat.

We are dedicated to making each adoption experience a special one. Our kittens come with a care package which contains fun baby gifts and a starter sample of food. We include your kittens CFA pedigree, PKD DNA testing certificates and shot record. Also included is a kitten care book which has all topics covered to make your kittens transition an easy one.

Our Policies

Our kittens are offered for adoption without breeding rights to loving homes where they will be cherished lap companions. We can safely ship at 14-16 weeks and are experienced in sending out kittens through out the U.S. and Europe.We have met many wonderful families and hope to stay in contact with each and every one of them. We love getting updates and pictures of all of our kittens. We have many families who have two, three and even four or more of our kittens. We have an open invitation to visit our home and please call or email with any questions you may have. We do take a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit on each kitten and do accept requests on a waiting list.
